Privacy Policy
Last updated: julho 29, 2026
This policy explains what information A.E.M. Home Decor (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website, how it is used, and the choices available to you. This site is an editorial/affiliate publication; we do not sell products, operate a checkout, or process payments.
1. Information we collect
- Usage data: standard server logs and, where enabled, aggregate analytics (pages viewed, approximate location by IP, device and browser type, referring URL).
- Click data: when you click an outbound offer link, we may record that a click occurred (for example via an analytics event) so we can measure which content is useful.
- Consent choice: your cookie-banner selection is stored in your own browser (local storage) so we do not ask again.
We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, names, payment details, or other directly identifying information on this site.
2. Cookies, pixels and tags
Depending on the site operator’s configuration, this site may use first- or third-party cookies and tags such as Google Analytics, the Google Ads tag, or the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and advertising performance. Where required by law, such tags fire only after you grant consent through the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser’s site data, after which the banner will reappear.
3. Affiliate links and third-party sites
Offer links on this site lead to third-party websites — in particular TedsWoodworking, reached through the ClickBank affiliate network. Clicking such a link may set a tracking cookie on the network’s domain so that a qualifying purchase can be attributed to this site. Once you leave this site, the destination site’s own privacy policy and terms govern; we do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of TedsWoodworking, ClickBank, or any other third party.
4. Legal bases and your rights (GDPR / LGPD / CCPA)
Where the EU/UK GDPR or Brazil’s LGPD applies, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and on legitimate interest for basic security logging. Where the California CCPA/CPRA applies, we do not “sell” personal information as defined by that law, though affiliate/advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” which you can decline via the banner. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Data retention and security
Aggregate analytics are retained only as long as needed for reporting. Reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, minimal collection) are used; no method of transmission is 100% secure.
6. Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
